Mbijetesa e arbërishtes në shekullin XXI – forum mes aktorëve kryesorë
Pas Kuvendit I të Studimeve Arbëreshe, disa konferencave në tema më specifike, kërkimeve kryer gjatë kësaj periudhe, përfshi edhe ekspeditat në terren (2022), QSPA organizon Kuvendin II të Studimeve Arbëreshe në 4-5 Shtator 2023, në Tiranë, i cili vjen si nevojë në lidhje me
i) shqetësimet e gjuhëtarëve në nivel europian e më gjerë për kërcënimin real mbi gjuhët e minoriteteve dhe diasporave historike;
ii) preokupimin konkret për rrjedhat e arbërishtes veçanërisht në dekadat e fundit;
iii) një diskutim dhe bashkërendim nga afër me të gjithë aktorët, për të ndarë dhe vlerësuar përvojën dhe ekspertizën e deritanishme;
iv) koordinimin dhe ndërtimin e bashkëpunimit me institucionet europiane dhe ndërkombëtare në favor të ruajtjes dhe mbështetjes për arbërishten.

Arbëresh survival in the 21st theme – forum among stakeholders
Following the First Conference on Arbëresh Studies in 2021, a series of events on rather special themes, as well as research into more specific topics, including fieldtrips in South Italy, the Center for Research and Publication on Arbëresh (CRPA) organizes the 2nd Conference of Arbëresh Studies, which will be held on 4-5 September 2023, in Tirana. The conference aims to discuss and evaluate the following:
i) The concerns of linguists in Europe and beyond, regarding the minority and regional languages;ii) the actual trends of the Arbëresh language, especially in the last decades;
ii) the actual trends of the Arbëresh language, especially in the last decades;
iii) an open discussion with all stakeholders, to share and evaluate the experience and expertise so far;
iv) cooperation with European and international institutions, centers regarding the language policies for the preservation, support and revitalization of Arbëresh.

La sopravvivenza della lingua Arbëresh nel Ventunesimo secolo – forum di discussione tra i principali protagonisti del mondo e della cultura Arbëresh.
Dopo il Primo Convegno di Studi Arbëresh, dopo diverse conferenze su argomenti più specifici e dopo ricerche condotte in questo periodo, comprese le visite ufficiali effettuate in territorio Arbëresh nel corso dell’anno 2022, QSPA organizza il SECONDO CONVEGNO DI STUDI ARBËRESH nei giorni 4 e 5 settembre 2023, a Tirana, con l’intento di riflettere sulle seguenti questioni:
- le preoccupazioni dei linguisti a livello europeo e internazionale sulla reale minaccia corsa dalle lingue delle minoranze storiche e delle diaspore;
- la concreta preoccupazione per le radici arbëresh, manifestatesi soprattutto negli ultimi decenni;
- la discussione e il coordinamento di tutti gli attori in causa, per condividere e valutare le esperienze e le competenze finora acquisite;
- l’esigenza di coordinare e costruire una reale cooperazione con le istituzioni europee e internazionali, in favore della conservazione e del sostegno della lingua arbëresh
